시가총액 : 발행한 주식 수 X 현재 주가 -> 발행한 주식 수가 많다고 기업 가치가 큰게 아님 결국 주식도 채권 = 빛 / 자사주 소멸 등으로 시가 총액 낮아질 수 있고 기업은 더 탄탄해짐

TIP) 1주당 가격 높고 시가 총액 낮아 거래량 낮으면 유동성 떨어져 현금화가 어려운 단점 (뭐 시장가로 내놓으면 팔리긴한다 다만 손해가 막심..)

EV/EBITDA - 기업이 장사해 번 돈의 지표 (이자, 세금, 감가상각비, 무형자산상각비 차감 전 이익) -  Earnings Before Interests, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization
